Four hours aboard Marea is €2,600, eight hours €3,000 and seven nights €21,000. Every figure is for the whole yacht with captain and steward — never per person. Split across sixteen guests, four hours works out at about €163 each, which is the number worth comparing against a group tour rather than the headline.

Why it costs what it costs
Roughly, an eight-hour charter burns most of a day of the boat's season. Montenegro has about 150 workable days between May and October, and Marea runs one charter a day rather than three — which is the reason the day is yours rather than shared with a group that boarded before you.
Fuel within the route is included, which matters more than it sounds: the western route to the Blue Cave is four hours of running, and operators who quote low and add fuel at the end are quoting a different product.
The berth at Porto Montenegro is also in the price. Marinas at Kotor and Herceg Novi are not, because they are charged per visit and only some routes call there.

Is fuel included?
Yes, within the agreed route. If you ask mid-charter to add a long leg the captain will say what that changes before doing it, rather than after.
How do you pay and what about deposits?
The date is held against a deposit and the balance is settled on the day. We confirm the exact terms in writing when you book — no card details are taken through this website.
What if the weather cancels the day?
If the captain calls it unsafe, you are not charged for a charter that did not happen. In practice most bad days are redirected rather than cancelled: the inner bay is sheltered when the open coast is not.
